Job summary

Vantage in Dublin is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for a 12-month hybrid contract. You will drive complex, cross-team initiatives on our data platform, guiding planning, delivery, and governance with senior stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a strong background in cloud/data analytics, and FinOps awareness. You will influence without authority and coordinate across the organisation. Hybrid work enables onsite three days weekly in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in technical programme management or a similar senior role.
• Proven experience leading large, complex technical programmes across multiple teams.
• Strong experience with data platforms and modern cloud/data/analytics environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leadership.
• Experience with governance, dependencies, risks, and programme governance.
• Experience with operational excellence and service management.
• Data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: FinOps, cost planning, or cloud cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programmes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Drive intake, planning, prioritisation, and delivery across a major data platform team.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Platform, and Business stakeholders.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, releases, dependencies, risks, and programme governance.
• Drive operational excellence through effective support processes, issue management, and continuous improvement.
• Support FinOps activities including forecasting, cost visibility, capacity planning, and cost optimisation.
• Develop executive-level communications, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Influence decisions across organisational boundaries and build alignment around shared outcomes.
