We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a growing data organization and drive cross-functional programs across engineering, product, platform, and business teams.
This role will focus on intake and prioritization, program delivery, release coordination, platform initiatives, operational excellence, and FinOps. You’ll play a key role in driving alignment across multiple teams, managing dependencies and risks, and strengthening the operational foundations of a modern data platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead intake, planning, and prioritization across data platform initiatives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align investments with business priorities.
- Drive execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Coordinate data releases and ensure clear communication with downstream stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and program governance through to resolution.
- Drive operational excellence through effective support and continuous improvement.
- Partner with enterprise platform teams to manage dependencies and critical initiatives.
- Support FinOps, including forecasting, cost visibility, capacity planning, and optimization.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, communications, and stakeholder updates.
- Influence decisions across teams and build alignment around shared outcomes.

- Experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and governance.
- Familiarity with modern cloud, data, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with operational excellence, service management, or support processes.
- Knowledge of FinOps, financial planning, or cloud cost optimization is a plus.
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships across an organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
