Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Technical Lead / Programme Manager for systems integration to rebuild legacy applications into modern web and mobile apps, and to design and implement REST APIs on an Azure SQL platform. You will drive multi-site rollout and own end-to-end delivery, working closely with business users and developers.

• Experience integrating systems across finance or ERP platforms.
• Hands-on with web/mobile app development and modern web stacks.
• Ability to map operations and drive multi-site rollout.
