Spencer Marshall is seeking a Technical Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day hard and soft services across a multi-site client portfolio. The role focuses on maintaining critical building infrastructure, reducing downtime, and delivering high-quality facilities management.
You will oversee internal teams and external providers, drive incident investigations, and ensure compliance with change management and SOPs while maintaining risk registers and budgets.
