We are recruiting a Business Development Manager – Facilities Management & Integrated Facilities Management to join a major integrated services provider expanding its Growth Team in Ireland.
This role is focused on winning new business, growing existing client relationships and developing integrated FM solutions across both the public and private sectors.
Importantly, you do not need to come exclusively from a traditional sales background.
The client is equally interested in experienced Facilities Management operational leaders who understand service delivery, have strong commercial instincts and can demonstrate how they have contributed to growth, account development or new business.
The key requirement is credibility. You should be able to walk a client site, understand how it operates, identify opportunities and work with operational specialists to create commercially strong and deliverable FM solutions.

You will join an established Growth Team with access to experienced Business Development professionals, Bid Management, Hard and Soft Services leaders, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Legal and Procurement.
