Job summary

Korn Ferry is building an AI Deployment Factory to help enterprises securely deploy and operationalise genAI technology. The Technical Deployment / Security Specialist will be the technical lead for customer deployments, focusing on identity, access, SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and API integrations within enterprise environments.

The role is hybrid across Ireland, the UK and Europe, with a strong emphasis on secure, scalable deployment and hands-on troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise infrastructure, identity and security.

Overview

We are supporting a leading global organisation with the build-out of an AI Deployment Factory, helping enterprise customers deploy, integrate and securely operationalise generative AI technology.

We are looking for experienced Technical Deployment / Security Specialists to support the technical setup and activation of enterprise AI solutions.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role. You will act as a key technical point of contact for customers, supporting identity, access, security, provisioning and enterprise AI integration while helping customers successfully activate and adopt the technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical deployment and activation of enterprise AI solutions.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers throughout deployment.
• Support enterprise identity and access management configuration.
• Design and support SSO integrations using SAML / OIDC.
• Support SCIM provisioning and automated user / seat management.
• Work with Microsoft Entra ID, IAM and RBAC environments.
• Support user, seat and device provisioning, including MDM environments.
• Support enterprise AI integrations, including MCP and API-based integrations.
• Advise customers on security, data controls and enterprise governance.
• Support API configuration and technical troubleshooting.
• Assist with spend management and technical governance.
• Work closely with customer security, infrastructure and technology teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during activation and deployment.Translate complex technical requirements into practical deployment solutions.
• Support successful handover following deployment.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience within enterprise infrastructure, identity and security.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC and/or SCIM.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, IAM and RBAC.
• Experience with enterprise user and access provisioning.
• Understanding of MDM / device management within enterprise environments.
• Experience working with APIs and enterprise technology integrations.
• Understanding of security and data governance requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical deployment issues.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good understanding of AI / GenAI technologies and their application within enterprise environments.

Desirable

• Experience supporting enterprise AI / GenAI deployments.
• Experience with LLM platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini.
• Experience with MCP or enterprise AI integrations.
• Experience within consulting, professional services or technology transformation.
• Experience working with large enterprise organisations.
• French or German language skills.
• Experience working directly with customer security and architecture teams.
• Willingness to travel and work directly with customers when required.

Location & Travel

Candidates are being considered across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Contract

• Initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension.
• Competitive daily rate depending on experience and location.
• Start date targeted for late October / early November.
