Job summary

Korn Ferry is building an AI Deployment Factory to help enterprises securely deploy and operationalise genAI technology. The Technical Deployment / Security Specialist will be the technical lead for customer deployments, focusing on identity, access, SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and API integrations within enterprise environments.

The role is hybrid across Ireland, the UK and Europe, with a strong emphasis on secure, scalable deployment and hands-on troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise infrastructure, identity and security.
• Hands-on with SSO, SAML, OIDC and SCIM.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, IAM and RBAC.
• Experience with user provisioning and access management.
• Understanding of MDM in enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating APIs & enterprise systems.
• Understanding security and data governance requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting deployment issues.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate tech concepts to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies in enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and activation of enterprise AI solutions.
• Serve as technical point of contact during deployment.
• Configure identity, access management and provisioning.
• Design/assist SSO integrations (SAML/OIDC).
• Support SCIM provisioning and automated user management.
• Work with Entra ID, IAM and RBAC environments.
• Support MDM and device provisioning.
• Assist AI integrations and API-based deployments.
• Advise on security, data governance and controls.
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges and ensure smooth handover.
