Job summary

Presidio is seeking a permanent L3 IT Engineer in Dublin to support enterprise clients, leveraging a deep technical stack that includes M365, VMware, Azure and VDI solutions.

You will provide Level 3 IT support, install and troubleshoot software and hardware, perform regular security checks and backups, document inventories, work with vendors to resolve complex issues, and ensure SLA adherence while delivering on-site support as required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft environments in an enterprise setting.
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot IT software/hardware.
• Familiarity with security checks, backups, and documentation of assets.
• Experience delivering on-site support and meeting SLA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 IT support to local users.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot IT software and hardware.
• Perform routine system security checks and backups and produce status reports.
• Work with vendors/partners to resolve complex network problems.
• Provide extended on-site support to varied customers as required.
• Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with tickets.
