The Role

The Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements. This role owns project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication, working across internal teams, suppliers, and offshore delivery partners to bring projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and governance structure; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure delivery within agreed financial parameters.
  • Conduct risk and issue management, implementing mitigation strategies and maintaining overall project health.
  • Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including regular status reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Manage third-party suppliers, vendors, and internal team members in a matrix environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and formalise acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Support change management efforts to facilitate the successful adoption of digital solutions
  • Mentor and support other team members to foster a cooperative project environment.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3–7 years of experience in project management, ideally within IT, digital transformation, or regulated industries.
  • Strong background delivering complex IT system projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or digital workplace initiatives.
  • Demonstrable experience with both Agile and Waterfall (PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFe) methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI) and documentation best practices.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively with third parties and offshore development teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer‑first orientation.
