Responsibilities

• Fuel Our Growth: Source and create high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint across the territory.
• Partner 1:1 with a Closer: Partner directly with Account Executives as a strategic pod and map target accounts, plan call strategies, and work toward monthly quotas.
• Master Outbound Engagement: Engage construction professionals through structured phone, email, and social outreach channels.
• Own Your Day: Conduct daily high-volume activities including pre-call research and follow-up to nurture leads.
• Operate with Autonomy: Help optimize outbound processes and contribute to training sessions.
• Maintain Elite Tech Hygiene: Manage lead details and account histories within Salesforce.
