Excel Recruitment is supporting a leading electronics and computer retailer in Dublin to hire an experienced Assistant Manager for a busy tech department. You will lead a sales team, drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an attractive commission structure with OTE earnings up to €50,000, paid overtime, and clear career progression within a company renowned for growth and staff development.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to drive and motivate a sales team.
• Passion and knowledge of tech and consumer electronics.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially aware with a consultative customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operation of the department.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team while also selling yourself.
• Analyse and monitor departmental KPIs.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Assist with operational and backroom duties.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
