Vodafone - Kelco Communications in Letterkenny is seeking an Assistant Manager for our busy Vodafone retail store. You will lead the team, drive sales targets and ensure smooth day-to-day operations under the Store Manager.

The role offers a full-time contract (37.5 hours), a pay rate of €15.65 per hour with uncapped commission and incentives, and a range of rewards including monthly Vodafone bill discounts and product discounts. Progression opportunities exist within Kelco Communications Ltd.

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading the team to success.

• Support with daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding experience.
