Job summary

NES Fircroft in Dublin is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead automation, IT and digital technology projects across a landmark biopharma capital programme. You will drive delivery from concept through to execution while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

This role requires proven leadership, strong stakeholder management and a track record of delivering complex capital projects in pharmaceutical environments, with strict GMP compliance and regulatory focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing medium to large multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience in automation, CSV, CQV and capital project delivery environments.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of automation, IT and digital technology projects from concept through to execution.
• Manage and coordinate multiple Automation Leads across the project.
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risk and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive collaboration between engineering, quality, operations and construction teams.
• Manage relationships with system integrators, OEMs and technology vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with GMP and regulatory requirements.
