Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience within Digital, Manufacturing IT/OT, Automation, Technology, or Project Management environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of digital capability projects across Digital Twin, Control Tower, Virtual Assistants, IIoT and other Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Manage project scope, plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, training, and change management activities across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other business functions.
  • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support requirements gathering, business analysis, demand management, and the prioritisation of digital capability initiatives.
  • Coordinate the transition of delivered solutions into business-as-usual operations, ensuring appropriate ownership, support, and governance structures are established.
  • Provide oversight and coordination across digital manufacturing systems, data platforms, and shop-floor technologies.
  • Ensure project activities and delivered solutions meet relevant GxP, validation, data integrity, and audit readiness requirements.

Réalta Technologies are searching for a Digital Capabilities Project Manager to support the delivery, implementation, and successful adoption of key digital manufacturing technologies within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment for our client based in Dublin.

This is a hybrid project delivery and business-facing leadership role focused on managing digital capability initiatives from initial requirements and planning through implementation, adoption, and transition into sustainable business operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of digital capability projects across areas including Digital Twin, Control Tower, Virtual Assistants, IIoT and other Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Manage project scope, plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

Job Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience within Digital, Manufacturing IT/OT, Automation, Technology, or Project Management environments.
  • Strong background in project delivery, business analysis, stakeholder management, and implementing technology solutions.
  • Experience delivering digital manufacturing, MES, PCS, IIoT, data, analytics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, complex projects, and diverse stakeholder environments within regulated industries.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
