Job summary

Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a major biopharma engineering site in Ireland. You will own a portfolio of capital and engineering projects from concept through design, construction, C&Q and handover, supporting Manufacturing, Utilities, Automation/IT, Labs and Process Systems.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, budget and schedule, and report progress and risks to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree - Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Automation or related.
• 5+ years' pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical Project Management experience.
• Strong end-to-end capital project delivery experience.
• Experience taking projects through design, construction, C&Q and handover.
• Proven budget, schedule, risk and stakeholder management experience.
• Biologics manufacturing experience highly desirable.
• PMP / CEng advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple projects across the full project lifecycle
• Lead capital projects, technology transfers and capacity upgrades
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, safety and risk
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and vendors
• Drive design, procurement, construction, commissioning and qualification
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Validation and Procurement
• Present project progress, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders
