Job summary

Sprout & Co in Ireland is seeking team-oriented individuals to join our busy restaurant environment. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering warm interactions and helping the team keep the place humming across shifts.

We value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. This role offers full-time and part-time hours with pay €14.15–€14.50 per hour depending on experience and role, and opportunities to grow within a friendly, value-driven team.

• Good level of English to communicate with customers and team.

Reporting to: Restaurant leader
Contract: Full-time & Part-time available
Pay: €14.15–€14.50 per hour depending on experience and role

1. Versatile Team Player – You’ll jump into different parts of the day, from helping prep fresh ingredients to setting up the service line and keeping the restaurant tidy.
2. Hospitality Heartbeat – Bring good energy to every interaction and make customers feel genuinely welcome and looked after.
3. Restaurant Ready – Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and set up for success throughout the day.
4. All-Rounder – Get hands-on experience across our service line: till, toppings, mix – you’ll learn it all.
5. Detail-Oriented – You’ll follow checklists to make sure every dish looks and tastes great.
6. Menu Confident – Learn our menu so you can guide customers and recommend dishes with confidence.
7. Safety Champion – Help the team stay on top of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
