Job summary

Sprout is seeking a part-time team member in Ireland to welcome customers, take orders and help keep the restaurant running smoothly. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll serve great food and create warm customer experiences as part of a friendly team.

No prior experience is required—we’ll train you. You’ll get free meals on shift, team discounts, growth opportunities, Sprout University learning, wellbeing support, and regular socials in a supportive environment that values teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, take orders and help create a warm, friendly experience.
• Prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, ensuring every dish looks and tastes great.
• Learn all areas of the service line, including till, toppings and mix.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organised, stocked and ready for service.
• Learn our menu so you can answer questions and recommend dishes confidently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods.

Reporting to: Restaurant Leader
Contract: Part-Time
Pay: €14.15-€14.70 per hour, depending on experience and role

What you'll do
