Job summary

Sprout & Co is hiring a full-time Team Member in Cork, Ireland. You will be the face of the brand, delivering warm, human interactions and helping the team keep the place humming. No experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are prioritized. This role offers growth opportunities within a supportive, values-driven team.

You’ll be involved in prep, service setup, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while learning the menu and delivering excellent customer service to our guests.

Contract: Full-time
Pay: €14.15 per hour

1. Versatile Team Player – You'll jump into different parts of the day, from helping prep fresh ingredients to setting up the service line and keeping the restaurant tidy.

6. Menu Confident – Learn our menu so you can guide customers and recommend dishes with confidence.

7. Safety Champion – Help the team stay on top of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
