Job summary

Sprout is seeking a friendly Team Member to help us deliver warm customer experiences in our fast-paced Irish restaurant. This part-time role fits Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, reporting to the Restaurant Leader.

You\'ll be part of a supportive team that values learning and growth. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, prepare and serve fresh food to our Sprout standards, keep the space clean, and learn every area of the service line.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Willing to learn and grow in a café/restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.

• Learn all areas of the service line, including till, toppings and mix
• Keep the restaurant clean, organised, stocked and ready for service
• Learn our menu so you can answer questions and recommend dishes confidently
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods

Contract: Part-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm–4:00 pm

Pay: €14.15 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, take orders and help create a warm, friendly experience
• Prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, making sure every dish looks and tastes great
• Learn all areas of the service line, including till, toppings and mix
• Keep the restaurant clean, organised, stocked and ready for service
