Job summary

Sprout is hiring a full-time Team Member in Dublin to welcome customers, take orders, and help create a warm, friendly dining experience. You’ll prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards and work closely with the team to keep the restaurant running brilliantly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, take orders and help create a warm, friendly experience
• Prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, making sure every dish looks and tastes great
• Learn all areas of the service line, including till, toppings and mix
• Keep the restaurant clean, organised, stocked and ready for service
• Learn our menu so you can answer questions and recommend dishes confidently
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods

Job description

It's a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll serve great food, create warm customer experiences, and work with the team to keep the restaurant running brilliantly.

Reporting to: Restaurant Leader

Contract: Full-time

Pay: €14.15-€14.50 per hour, depending on experience and role
