Job summary

The Rehab Group in Kerry is seeking a Team Leader to assist the Residential Services Manager in delivering a quality, client-focused service for adults with brain injury and mental health needs.

You will oversee service planning, implement HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards, and ensure a person-centred approach with strong records and outcomes. A QQI Level 6 in Social Care or equivalent is required, plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum QQI Level 6 in Social Care or equivalent.
• A third level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience supporting adults with an intellectual disability and people enduring mental health issues.
• 1 year minimum experience in a relevant setting.

Responsibilities

• Be a key worker to service users and support Person Centred Planning, recording targets and supports.
• Develop and deliver person-centred programmes to meet identified needs and maintain records.
• Support individuals to access the community and run activities under supervision.
