Job summary

EY Ireland is seeking a Talent Advanced Analytics Lead to shape and deliver the organization’s Talent Intelligence and analytics strategy. You will advise executives, lead AI-enabled analytics initiatives, and deliver scalable data products across global Talent organizations.

You will oversee development of predictive models, generative AI solutions, and agentic insights, partnering with Global Talent leaders and data teams to drive workforce planning and performance.

Qualifications

• 18 to 20+ years in Talent Analytics, Planning, Talent Intelligence, Data Science, AI, Copilot or related fields.
• Experience building enterprise-scale analytics, AI, or data product solutions as a consultant to external clients for talent domain.
• Experience implementing Generative AI and Copilot-enabled business solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud-based analytics environments.
• Proven track record of delivering executive-level insights and strategic decision support.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Talent Intelligence strategy.
• Lead development of scalable analytics products and AI insights.
• Build intelligent agents and conversational analytics experiences.
• Ensure governance, explainability, and responsible AI usage.
• Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to optimize data quality and security.
• Drive executive storytelling and strategic workforce recommendations.
