Job summary

CEL Critical Power Ltd. is seeking a Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for CEL’s Ireland operation, focusing on entry to mid-level roles across functions. You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, deliver hires on time, and maintain robust candidate pipelines to support rapid, disciplined growth.

With a structured, data-driven approach, you will optimize processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to CEL’s employer brand in a high-growth environment in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of entry to mid-level roles.
• Experience hiring across Sales, Finance, Production, Engineering and/or Manufacturing.
• In-house recruitment experience preferred; agency experience with transition to in-house valued.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of entry to mid-level requisitions across functions.
• Deliver against defined hiring timelines while maintaining candidate quality.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to close.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring roles.
• Maintain ATS data, track KPIs and report on recruitment performance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and CEL employer brand in Ireland.
