Job summary

Actavo is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across multiple divisions in Ireland. You will manage campaigns from requisition to offer, screen applicants and coordinate interviews.

You’ll maintain ATS workflows, produce hiring updates, ensure GDPR compliance and collaborate with hiring managers to fill vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Suite.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.

Responsibilities
