Job summary

Protex AI is seeking a high-agency Technical Product Manager to lead the Site Intelligence product suite, spanning Protex Intelligence, Protex Operations, new UI experiences, and enterprise integrations. You will own the roadmap and deliverables, prototyping and shipping in a wide open greenfield space while partnering directly with customers.

You will design practical B2B workflows, collaborate with engineering, and leverage AI to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of Product Management experience in B2B software.
• AI depth: understanding of AI applications in enterprise workflows.
• Enterprise integrations: experience designing product interfaces for integrations.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to discuss value and trade-offs with customers.

About the Role

We are seeking a high-agency Technical Product Manager to join our fast-growing squad of product builders. In this hands‑on, customer-facing role, you will own the roadmap and delivery for our Site Intelligence product suite—spanning Protex Intelligence, Protex Operations, new UI experiences in web and mobile, and enterprise integrations—as we ship agentic B2B workflows for the largest logistics and industrial conglomerates worldwide. You’ll tackle customer challenges end-to-end, partnering directly with them to prototype, iterate, and deploy in a wide‑open greenfield space. This is your chance to define a new product category in industrial Site Intelligence.

What You’ll Do

• Own the roadmap and day‑to‑day delivery for our Site Intelligence tools.

• Design and ship agentic B2B workflows and experiences for enterprise customers.

• Get hands‑on: build prototypes and work directly with engineering to ship end‑to‑end.

• Work directly with customers — running calls, gathering feedback, and speaking credibly to value and technical trade‑offs.

• Leverage AI heavily to accelerate your own workflow, from research to shipping.

What You’ll Bring

• A builder mindset: comfortable prototyping, shipping features hands‑on alongside engineering teams, even without a formal engineering title.

• High energy, high agency, and a founder/startup mentality: you create solutions rather than wait for them, and you love to build.

• 2–7 years of Product Management experience in B2B software (open to less with a strong software engineering background).

• AI technical depth: Deep understanding of the latest trends in B2B agentic workflows and AI applications, inference at scale, and how AI, data, and infrastructure interact to deliver highly scalable, cost‑effective, and personalized intelligence.

• Enterprise integrations: Expertise in designing product interfaces and requirements for enterprise integrations and interoperability.

• Strong customer‑facing skills: Able to run sales‑engineering‑style conversations and speak confidently to value. Help the team build the product by leveraging your deep partnership with customers. Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence.

• AI native: genuine enthusiasm for using AI to amplify every aspect of your work beyond traditional roles.
