Job summary

PGIM, the Global Asset Management business of Prudential, is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition Enablement. The role centers on running TA operations, optimizing processes, and aligning tools and vendors to deliver high-quality, scalable recruitment outcomes.

You’ll partner across People Services & Solutions, Technology, and external vendors in a hands-on capacity. You’ll lead efforts to improve SLAs, governance, and adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools, while supporting recruiter

Qualifications

Experience in Talent Acquisition operations or TA enablement.
Understanding of recruiting workflows, tools, and service delivery.
Experience with multiple systems or vendors and adoption of tools or processes.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to improve performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement focus.
Ability to work across teams and build partnerships with recruiters and support functions.

Responsibilities

Run and continuously improve TA processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality experience.
Manage TA technology ecosystem (ATS, assessments, AI-enabled tools) and vendors.
Enable consistent, high-quality hiring practices with structured interviewing and guidance.
Support evolving capabilities like AI and candidate integrity.
Deliver TA insights via reporting on performance, pipeline health, and usage of tech.
Support onboarding, training, and enablement programs for recruiters.
