Job summary

AECOM's Transmission and Distribution team in Ireland is seeking ambitious engineers to contribute to a portfolio of grid-scale power projects, including new overhead lines and substations. You will work across concept through energisation on projects that advance the energy transition, collaborating with clients, sub-contractors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have electrical/electronic/power engineering qualifications and demonstrable design consultancy experience, with knowledge of

Qualifications

• Demonstrable electrical engineering design consultancy experience on transmission and distribution projects.
• Working knowledge of BS and/or Eurocodes for relevant engineering design standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients, colleagues, stakeholders and sub-contractors and articulate technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Work on transmission and distribution projects from concept through energisation.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams and sub-contractors to deliver safe, compliant grid infrastructure.
