Mott MacDonald is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Power Transmission and Distribution team in Ireland. You will contribute to HV substation design, equipment specification, and multi-disciplinary project delivery from feasibility through to commissioning.

You’ll engage with major utilities and clients across the UK and overseas in a rapidly evolving energy sector. The role offers a permanent position with hybrid working.

• Primary plant layouts for HV substations.
• Equipment specifications for HV Plant and ancillary equipment.
• Provide engineering design input to major electrical power projects across lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate with client project teams and internal disciplines.
• Deliver projects in new technologies such as energy storage, HVDC, smart grids.
