Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and delivering high-quality technical and compliance training programmes across Dundalk and wider Irish operations.
• Support workforce competency, operational safety and technical capability by delivering classroom and practical training aligned to company procedures, industry best practice, and applicable Irish health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Work closely with operational teams, project managers, and the wider Training & Development function to identify skills gaps, develop training solutions, and ensure employees are competent, compliant and confident in their roles.
