FreshTech in Dublin is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to join its IT Systems team. You will help manage identity platforms, endpoint security, and collaboration tools in a global, hybrid-working environment.

You will gain exposure across IAM, Intune/Jamf, O365, Google Workspace, and network troubleshooting while contributing to runbooks, documentation, and incident response. This role suits IT professionals looking to grow in a global tech business.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta or OneLogin.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune or Jamf).
• Experience using ticketing platforms like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack.

Responsibilities

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing global technology business for an Associate Systems Administrator to join its Dublin-based IT Systems team.

As the Associate Systems Administrator you will be responsible for:
