Job summary

KPMG Ireland's Graduate Programme offers real client projects from day one with support from the KPMG Business School to grow analytical and commercial skills. You'll work with engineers, economists and sustainability specialists on climate, decarbonisation and ESG projects, while receiving coaching and mentorship in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates are final-year undergraduates or master's students who are curious, motivated and ready to learn, with initiative and teamwork

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate in final year or master's student.
• On track for a minimum 2.1 college results.
• Shows initiative through work, study or extracurriculars.

Responsibilities

• From day one, work on real client projects and help shape insights.
• Contribute to presentations, reports and models for key decisions.
• Join client meetings and collaborate with teams to deliver impact.
