Job summary

Noel Group in Dublin is seeking a Sustainability Lead to guide sustainability strategies for building and infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will work with clients, architects and engineers, delivering assessments, energy modelling and technical reports to support environmental objectives.

The role requires LEED/BREEAM knowledge, experience with Irish regulations, and strong communication to mentor teams and influence projects from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sustainability, Building Services Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering sustainability strategies within the Irish construction, building services or property sector.
• Strong knowledge of LEED and BREEAM, Irish Building Regulations (Part L), building energy modelling and performance assessments.
• Experience producing technical reports and client-facing recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability strategies across building and infrastructure projects.
• Advise on sustainable design, energy efficiency, carbon reduction and environmental compliance.
• Deliver sustainability assessments, audits, energy modelling and technical reports.
• Support projects in achieving LEED, BREEAM and other certifications.
• Carry out building performance assessments and recommend improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and value engineering exercises.
• Act as the sustainability SME in client and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor changes in Irish regulations, industry standards and best practice.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of sustainability standards and processes.
