Job summary

KEO International Consultants seeks a Project Manager – Green Building & Sustainability to join the Dublin-based Sustainability team. You will lead high-profile sustainable building projects across Ireland and internationally, focusing on green building design, sustainability consulting and certification.

The role offers opportunities to take on greater responsibility, mentor junior staff, and expand our sustainability services across Europe while engaging with clients and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in built environment or sustainability fields.
• 2+ years managing sustainability certifications (LEED or WELL).
• Active LEED AP certification or commitment to obtain LEED AP/WELL AP within 3 months of joining.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, sustainability or related field.
• Experience with multidisciplinary design and construction teams and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support delivery of green building, sustainability and certification projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate LEED, BREEAM, WELL certification processes and documentation.
• Provide technical advice on energy, carbon, resource efficiency and environmental performance.
• Review design proposals to improve sustainability and certification outcomes.
• Coordinate sustainability requirements across design and construction teams.
