Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Dublin, Ireland, invites a Senior Sustainability Engineer to lead green building certification and sustainable design activities within the Sustainability Practice. The role requires strong experience in LEED and WELL certification processes, building design knowledge, and ability to manage timelines and budgets across multiple projects.

Candidates should have 5+ years in Built Environment, with 2+ years cert management; postgraduate qualifications are a strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Built Environment or Sustainability.
• At least 2 years managing sustainability certifications.
• Active LEED AP or commitment to become LEED AP, WELL AP and/or HPI Assessor within 3 months of employment start.
• Postgraduate qualifications would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support LEED, WELL, and/or HPI certifications for new and existing buildings.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams on certification programs.
• Serve as lead LEED, WELL, and/or HPI Project Manager on multiple projects.
• Coordinate with building owners, design, construction, and operational teams.
• Develop strategies on energy and carbon reduction and healthy buildings.
• Contribute to business development and proposals.
• Deliver external training programs.
• Mentor mid-junior staff.
• Manage timelines and budgets for assigned projects.
