Job summary

KEO is seeking a Project Manager – Green Building & Sustainability in Dublin, Ireland, to drive high-profile sustainable projects across Ireland and internationally. You will lead certification processes, coordinate stakeholders and deliver expert guidance on energy efficiency and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the built environment or sustainability fields.
• 2+ years managing sustainability certifications (LEED/WELL).
• Active LEED AP, or commitment to obtain LEED AP/WELL AP within 3 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Sustainability.
• Experience with multidisciplinary design teams and project coordination.
• Knowledge of Irish/European market and energy performance standards.
• Willingness to travel within Ireland and internationally.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Sustainability or PM advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of green building, sustainability, and certification projects.
• Coordinate LEED, BREEAM, WELL processes and documentation.
• Provide technical advice on energy efficiency and environmental performance.
• Review design proposals for sustainability improvements.
• Plan and monitor project programmes, budgets, resources, timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality across deliverables.
• Travel within Ireland and internationally as required.
