Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment represents a leading property consultancy in Dublin, seeking a Professional Services Surveyor to lead rent reviews and advise on landlord/tenant matters for a portfolio of commercial properties.

The role requires MRICS/MScIS qualification, strong negotiation skills, and a track record in valuations and reports. Travel may be required; PSRA license and a valid driving license are essential. Salary is competitive with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in commercial rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant matters and related case law.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with market trend awareness.
• Outstanding report-writing and analytical abilities.
• Full valid driver’s license and PSRA license.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct rent review and lease renewal negotiations for commercial properties.
• Advise clients on Landlord & Tenant matters, including lease restructuring and compensation claims.
• Prepare valuation reports, expert submissions, and client briefs.
• Analyse market data and evidence to support valuations.
• Undertake complex portfolio reviews and valuation projects.
• Provide proactive advice as a trusted property advisor.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to meet departmental objectives.

As a Professional Services Surveyor,youwill:

• Lead and conduct rent review and lease renewal negotiations for a range of commercial properties.
• Advise clients on Landlord & Tenant matters, including lease restructuring, surrenders, break clauses, and compensation claims.
• Prepare high-quality valuation reports, expert submissions, and client briefings.
• Analyse market data and comparable evidence to support valuations.
• Undertake complex portfolio reviews and valuation projects.
• Act as a trusted property advisor, delivering insightful analysis and proactive advice on commercial assets.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to achieve departmental objectives aligned with business goals.

What Skills You Need
