Job summary

CBRE Ireland Valuation & Advisory in Cork seeks a Chartered Surveyor to join our growing Valuation team. You will carry out commercial valuations across asset classes and produce well-reasoned reports to Red Book standards.

We value post-qualification experience, proficiency in Argus Enterprise/Developer, Excel, and strong report-writing skills, with a commitment to accuracy and client service. This is an on-site role within Ireland’s leading commercial real estate services.

Qualifications

• Chartered Surveyor with RICS Registered Valuer status and post-qualification experience preferred.
• Experience carrying out commercial valuations across asset classes.
• Ability to produce well-reasoned, Red Book-compliant reports.

• We are growing our Valuation team in Cork and looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join one of Ireland's leading commercial real estate businesses.
• Carrying out commercial valuations across a range of asset classes, producing well-reasoned quality reports to Red Book standards

Qualifications

• Chartered Surveyor with RICS Registered Valuer status
• Ideally post-qualification experience in commercial valuations

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer
• Competent in Excel
• Excellent report writing skills with strong attention to details
