Job summary

CBRE Ireland is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join the Valuation & Advisory team in Cork. You will carry out commercial valuations across various asset classes and produce high-quality reports to Red Book standards. The role demands RICS Registered Valuer status and likely post-qualification experience.

• We are growing our Valuation team in Cork and looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join one of Ireland's leading commercial real estate businesses.
• Carrying out commercial valuations across a range of asset classes, producing well-reasoned quality reports to Red Book standards

Qualifications

• Chartered Surveyor with RICS Registered Valuer status
• Ideally post-qualification experience in commercial valuations

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer
• Competent in Excel
• Excellent report writing skills with strong attention to details
