Dublin Simon Community is seeking a flexible, client-focused Flexi Support Worker to join the team. You’ll work across Emergency Accommodation, Outreach and Long-Term Accommodation, delivering compassionate support to people experiencing homelessness.
The role offers a permanent, full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, a flexible 7-day rota with day and night shifts, and a starting salary of €33,500 depending on experience.

As a Flexi Support Worker, you’ll work across a range of services, including Emergency Accommodation, Outreach, and Long-Term Accommodation. This gives you valuable frontline experience and a real understanding of how our services support people experiencing homelessness.
Many of our team members begin in the Flexi Team and move into permanent roles within a specific service after completing probation. In 2025, 73% of Flexi Support Workers progressed into new roles across the organisation.
