Job summary

TerraGlen Residential Care Services in County Westmeath is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care in a permanent, full‑time role.

You will support individuals with diverse needs, work as part of a collaborative team, and engage in ongoing training and professional development to promote independence, confidence and community participation.

Qualifications

• QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Health Care Support, Social Care, or equivalent.
• Full driving licence held for at least two years.
• A positive, person‑centred approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
• Reliability, compassion and ability to work well in a team.
• Full training is provided; experience in disability/social care is an advantage.

What You Need

• QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Health Care Support, Social Care, or a relevant equivalent.

Vetting Requirement Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through Tusla and the National Vetting Bureau.
