The Role

We are seeking a Support Specialist (Payroll) to join our team at our Sandyford, Dublin office.

This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working with payroll software. You will provide support to clients using our Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Software Support

• Assist customers with payroll-related queries and software functionality via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot software issues, configurations, and integrations.
• Escalate complex issues where required and manage them through to resolution.

Documentation & Training

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Create and update knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Deliver customer training sessions and webinars when required.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with Irish payroll and payroll legislation.
• Hands-on experience with Quantum Payroll.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
