Job summary

Principle HR in Dublin is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage orders, stock, and international deliveries across EMEA and APAC. The role is hands-on, collaborating with warehouses, 3PL partners and sales teams to ensure OTIF performance.

You will be responsible for coordinating orders from receipt to invoicing, stock replenishment, and international shipment planning, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, order management, or exports.
• Experience working with international supply chains and multiple warehouses.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills and good numerical ability.
• ERP experience - SAP would be particularly useful.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from PO receipt through invoicing and delivery.
• Coordinate stock and replenishment across multiple warehouse locations.

• Manage daily purchase orders, stock receipts and order processing.

Dublin City Centre | €40,000-€45,000 + Bonus, Pension & Healthcare | Permanent | Hybrid

An opportunity to join the Dublin supply chain team of a leading global drinks and spirits company, supporting a portfolio of internationally recognised premium brands.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage customer orders, stock availability and international deliveries across EMEA and APAC.

This is a hands-on role sitting at the centre of the supply chain - working with customers, commercial teams, warehouses, 3PL partners and international supply teams to make sure products are available and orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF).

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Operations, Logistics or Exports
• Experience working with physical products in an international supply chain
• Good understanding of order fulfilment, inventory, logistics and customer service
• ERP experience - SAP would be particularly useful
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills and good numerical ability
• Comfortable managing multiple orders, customers and priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach - someone who takes ownership when an order or delivery doesn't go to plan

Experience within drinks, spirits, FMCG, food & beverage or another fast-moving product environment would be a strong advantage, but we're also open to candidates from other international manufacturing and distribution environments.

Spanish language skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.
