Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Wholesale & Supply Chain Specialist for a growing apparel client in North Dublin. The role coordinates suppliers, wholesale customers, freight providers and 3PL partners, with close collaboration across Product, Wholesale Buying, Commercial and Operations teams in a hybrid setup.

You will manage orders, monitor shipments, ensure on-time delivery, build supplier relationships, and resolve gaps or delays while adapting to a fast-paced, premium fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, wholesale operations, purchasing or order fulfilment.
• Experience working with suppliers, customers, freight providers or 3PL partners.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and systems skills, with ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product, Wholesale Buying, Commercial and Operations teams to understand customer requirements.
• Build strong supplier relationships and ensure ex-factory deadlines are achieved.
• Liaise with wholesale customers regarding systems, deliveries and service expectations.
• Act as the main contact between customers, freight providers and 3PL partners.
• Monitor wholesale orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify supply gaps, shortages or delays and recommend practical solutions.

Our client, an innovative and expanding apparel company, is seeking a Wholesale & Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in North Dublin. This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity to help develop the wholesale supply function as the business grows. You will coordinate suppliers, wholesale customers, freight providers and third-party logistics partners while working closely with internal teams. Hybrid working is available.
