Next Generation Recruitment is assisting a growing manufacturing business in Leinster to appoint a qualified supply chain and finance lead. The role bridges operations and finance to drive a scalable transformation from manual processes to automated workflows.

Qualifications

Qualified ACCA or Chartered accountant with hands-on experience.
Experience bridging operations and finance in growing manufacturing.
Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end warehouse management, planning, purchasing and production control.
Lead two direct reports on stock control and finance reporting.
Build a new integrated supply chain system interfacing with SAP.
Introduce barcode scanning for batch traceability and structured warehouse operations.
Deliver batch-coded stock management with full traceability.
Own monthly financial reporting, cost control and margin analysis.
Handle SAP finance tasks, invoices and reconciliations.
Integrate finance with operations planning and purchasing.
