Job summary

Next Generation in Ireland is seeking a Supply Chain & Finance Manager to own warehouse, planning, purchasing and production control, while also delivering monthly financial reporting and margin analysis.

You'll bridge operations and finance in a growth‑stage food manufacturer, leading two reports, implementing a scalable SAP‑integrated system and moving planning from Excel to automated workflows within nine months.

Qualifications

• ACCA or Chartered accountant with hands‑on experience bridging supply chain and finance.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG in a growth environment.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse management, planning, purchasing and production control end to end.
• Lead two direct reports covering stock control and finance reporting.
• Build a scalable SAP‑integrated supply chain system from Excel processes within nine months.
• Introduce barcode scanning for batch traceability and standardized warehouse operations.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting, cost control and margin analysis.
• Manage SAP invoice processing and bank reconciliations; drive procurement cost insights.
• Integrate finance tasks with operational planning and purchasing.
