Job summary

Electro Automation Ltd. seeks an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to build and lead a modern procurement and supply chain function across the Group in Dublin. You will drive end-to-end procurement, negotiate supplier contracts, establish governance and support ERP initiatives.

You will lead warehouse and inventory operations, optimise processes, implement KPI frameworks and partner with Finance to improve working capital. A strong change-led leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum seven years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse or Operations Management.
  • Experience within engineering, automation, construction, manufacturing or technical service environments.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Experience managing inventory, warehouse operations and stock control.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and introduce governance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using procurement and inventory reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience leading change and delivering measurable operational improvements.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Increase inventory accuracy through improved systems and reporting.
  • Support implementation of barcode scanning and warehouse technology.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and service partners.
  • Introduce supplier KPI frameworks and performance reviews.
  • Monitor supplier service levels, quality and commercial performance.
  • Manage supplier risks and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Review current processes and identify operational improvement opportunities.
  • Develop scalable procurement and supply chain procedures.
  • Support ERP implementation and process standardisation.
  • Improve procurement reporting and inventory visibility.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and warehouse operations.
  • Develop capability within the Warehouse and Stores team.

As Electro Automation continues its growth and operational transformation, we are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to build and lead a modern procurement and supply chain function across the Group.

As Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of procurement, warehouse and supply chain operations across the Electro Automation Group.

Your key responsibilities will include:
