Job summary

elix sourcing solutions in Dublin is seeking a Purchasing Manager / Supply Chain Manager to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across a growing manufacturing business.

You will own purchasing, demand planning and S&OP processes, collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance, and deliver measurable commercial value while implementing improvements and influencing strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with demand planning, forecasting and S&OP.
• ERP and demand planning system experience.
• Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.

Are you a Purchasing or Supply Chain Manager looking for an opportunity to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across a growing manufacturing business?

As part of the Operations leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing purchasing strategy, strengthening supplier relationships and optimising inventory, forecasting and supply chain performance to support continued business growth.

In this role, you will take ownership of purchasing, demand planning and supply chain operations, working closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy, enhance S&OP processes and deliver measurable commercial value. You'll have the autonomy to implement improvements, influence business decisions and lead strategic initiatives across the organisation.
