Job summary

Eos Talent is partnering with a fast-growing Irish food & drink FMCG business to recruit an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator in Dublin West / Kildare. The role covers supply chain, stock, production planning, logistics and supplier management.

You will work closely with the Founder, taking ownership across the supply chain, stock, production planning and operational processes, ensuring alignment with customer demand in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food or drink FMCG company is essential.
• Background in: Supply Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Procurement.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock, inventory and forward planning.
• Coordinate suppliers, deliveries and logistics.
• Work with manufacturing to align production with demand.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier lead times and supply risks.
• Support forecasting and production planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies.
• Support new product development (NPD) and launches.
• Own day-to-day operational issues and ensure tasks get done.

Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator | Food & Drink FMCG

Dublin West / Kildare | €50,000-€60,000 + 10% Bonus & Benefits | Permanent

I'm partnering with a fast-growing Irish food & drink FMCG business to recruit an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator.

This is a broad, hands-on role working closely with the Founder and taking ownership across supply chain, stock, production planning, logistics, suppliers and operational processes.

The business is growing quickly, so they need someone who can bring structure, anticipate problems and make sure stock, suppliers and production remain aligned with customer demand.

Requirements:

• Managing stock, inventory and forward planning
• Coordinating suppliers, deliveries and logistics
• Working closely with manufacturing to align production with demand
• Managing POs, supplier lead times and potential supply issues
• Supporting forecasting and production planning
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies
• Supporting NPD and new product launches
• Taking ownership of day-to-day operational issues and making sure things get done

What we're looking for:

Previous experience working within a food or drink FMCG company is essential for this role.

You'll ideally come from a Supply Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Procurement background and understand the relationship between forecasting, stock, suppliers, production and customer demand.

You'll be practical, highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you're expected to spot problems, find solutions and take ownership.

Experience within a smaller FMCG business, start-up, scale-up, drinks company or craft brewery would be particularly attractive.

Package:

€50,000-€60,000 + 10% bonus, healthcare and pension after six months. Approximately 2 days per week office-based in Dublin West/Kildare.
