Job summary

Casey’s Furniture is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team in Ireland. You’ll help ensure smooth goods flow from suppliers to customers, manage supplier relationships, coordinate purchasing, and oversee inbound logistics across a busy, growing operation.

The role requires strong organisation, communications, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in procurement, logistics, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is desirable.

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys working across procurement, supply chain, logistics, and supplier management.

About the Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers. You will manage supplier relationships, coordinate purchasing activities, oversee inbound logistics, and support various internal departments to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is desirable

Desirable, but not essential:

• Driving Licence
• Experience with Microsoft Navision 365 Business Central
• Knowledge of EUDR
