Job summary

Casey’s Furniture is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Limerick to lead stockroom operations, ensure accuracy and efficiency, and support the wider team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a long-established Irish retailer.

The successful candidate will manage deliveries, inventory controls, staff supervision, and drive presentation and safety standards while maintaining excellent customer and sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stockroom/warehouse operations.
• Structured, methodical approach to work.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an efficient, structured, and well-organised stockroom
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Implement and maintain strong inventory control procedures
• Lead, motivate, and support stockroom staff where applicable
• Plan and coordinate deliveries, stock rotation, and storage systems
• Ensure furniture is assembled correctly and maintained to a high standard
• Carry out and oversee general maintenance, DIY tasks, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
• Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or operational issues in a timely manner
